What are browser settings, and how do I adjust them?

You know how it is for us old folks; we're struggling with this newfangled contraption. Someone set it all up for me and I can call him, but I just got the browser msg. and didn't want to wake my son up this time of night.

Browser settings can be found and adjusted via Start-Control Panel-Internet Options.

Tools>>internet options/ thats your browser settings
