Nails need moisture to grow without breaking and splitting, unless you have a medical condition, so use lotion as much as you can. Massage into nail and cuticles. Especially before bedtime. Do the bedtime thing and you will see results in about a week or two. It does help to use a hardner, but don't use a lot of polish remover on your nails. It drys them out. I give myself a manicure only every two weeks. I just do polish touch-ups. Watch how you file your nails. Keeping nails more squared than rounded also helps to keep nails from breaking.

I don't know if it actually works...but I heard that eating the greens is supposed to...and drinking lots of milk for calcium. there are also calcium nail coats you can buy to put over nail polish or just put it on.

I take One A day vitamins since I was pregnant , and my nails are growing like never before. They were like yours. Maybe it will work for you too.

sally hansen nail grow is good...and as strange as this sounds if you eat more jello, the gelatin in it will also help

use growth polish . :) (prefarably nutra-nail)
also, push your cuticles bac after taking a bath or shower,while they r soft. this will definitely stimulate growth!
