I am asking again until i actually get the right answer, how do I
open a floppy disk I inserted into my computer, when I am using LINUX as an operation system (if thats what its called) My windows got messed up so I am using linux to go on my computer, how can I open a floppy disk and clear web site history I visited, I use mozilla but it doesnt have options like the regular mozilla in windows, but the first ? is more important, I want to open my floppy disk

I don't know what "mount" is I am computer illiterate, I just learned how to use windows about 2 years ago, now it has crashed cant reinstall cause i dont have the cd anymore, and now i am trying to figure out how to use linux

just click on the computer icon on the desktop it should show the drives and u can open the floppy drive from there

I think Your Floppy Drive Has not been Detected By your Oprationg system; use this command "MOUNT" and tell me what is the result.

I can tell you one thing get rid of mozilla, it will mess up your computer. in your browser type in knowledgebase.com. it has all the answers. or in your help on your start up bar on the bottom left click help then in search type in glossary, it is great.. good luck

Get into DOS and open it from there. Go to help to get instructions on how to get into DOS.
