if you like somebody else, please name him but give evidence to back up your statement. I think CBF did a nice job by appointing Dunga as the coach although Scolari is no doubt one of the great coaches in the world.

I think so far Dunga is doing a great job, but it's still way too early to tell, beating Argentina is a real big lift for the national team, but he has yet to win anything, so we'lll have to see how he handle's the pressure when it's come to matches that really mean something, like qualifying matches, copa america etc.... Scolari is a great coach, He has proved it several times, and what he did for the portuguese national team is amazing, with Scolari i think he would be doing the same thing as Dunga, playing the players that really want to play, and work there *** off for the national team, putting out the best team available, and that was the biggest mistake about Parriera, he did not put the best team out there, Ronaldo wasn't 100%, R. Carlos lost a step, for examples, and i think he was afraid to say no to these players, they had an all star team on paper, but they played like a high school team....

Scolari is my best coach in the world and he has a great track record with Brazil. Dunga is new to the coaching but i see so far a briliant future for him.its hard to compare the 2 cause one career is almost at a close and the other is jus starting. lets wait and see how Dunga preforms under pressure. right now he has one of the best teams to work with!!!!

ya scolari is the greatest coach in the world.......

scolari is for portugal and will lead them to victories..........
about scolari:
Scolari is famous for his temper and for his histrionic "performance" by the field while the match is going on, reacting strongly to both the best and the worst moments of his team. His strong character has earned him a controversial reputation of encouraging a violent behaviour on the part of the players (though he is more often quoted scolding referees for not stopping violence) and in his early years in Brazil he was often sent off for excessively complaining with the referees. His character, however, is often seen as a good point, instead of a drawback, because he tries to keep the players (and himself) free of external pressures: he usually demands a lot more of freedom than most coaches are allowed and is bent on exerting a somewhat discretionary power. Some critics mostly agree that his unique character was very beneficial to the Portuguese national team, which had a tradition of talented players but never won anything because of excessive intervention from the federation, the clubs and the player's agents, as well as a lack of a true "team spirit". Others point that Scolari's insistence in using the same players over and over, regardless of current form, ends up being prejudicial for the team.

Scolari, but Brazil already tried to get him back and were unable to. Scolari declined their contract and decided to stay with Portugal. It was obvious to see the improvements of Portugal when he took control and the dis-improvements of Brazil when he left from there.
