I was watching WM22 today, and finally brought myself to watch Trips vs Cena. I watched, and as I did, I decided to count the number of moves Cena did. Not counting punches, kicks, rest holds, and clotheslines, I counted five. Five. F.CKING FIVE! Why has our Wrestlemania Main Event been reduced to shoulderblocks, Sidewalk slams, backdrops, fist drops, and step-over toe-hold facelocks?

It depends where you want to go with this.
There's the argument that Hulk Hogan had only a handful of moves and that this didn't harm him, in fact it actually helped him.
However you could also argue that wrestling (despite us all knowing it's predetermined) should certainly appear to be credible.
With that in mind, the very concept of 'finishing moves' is crazy. If you get in lots of fights during life, you don't win the fights with your signature move.
Whilst there are different approaches and styles of combat, for pro wrestling to reach a new 'boom' period, I believe greater emphasis on psychology is required. The idea that all these guys would jump from a 20 foot ladder to put a guy through a table is crazy. Picking your shots and tactically approaching the matter is a more credible way of combat.

Yeah i agree he sucks he doesn't even do his own moves correctly. Here's the order in wich he does the moves: He does a Clothesline followed by another one... 3 Shoulderblocks and an protoplex... Than he dances around like a hooligan putting his hand in front of his face moves his hands left and right a little claiming you cant see him even tough you can.... runs around the ring and drops a fist on the opponents head the fist does not hit his head for real it looks fake.... You hear girl fans screaming... He waits for the opponent to stand up... Stands up... He picks him up and does a lame standing firemans carry... the gimmik sucks big time i hope the script writers will fire him for not doing the moves properly...

John Cena's moves suck. I know that other real wreslters like (Hulk Hogan, Kurt Angle, and the Undertaker) have a selection of moves and finishers to use unlike Cena.

Actually it is not funny,it is LAME.He needs more moves.He does have some talent but not alot.He is just charismatic to some kids,women and a few men.
