What Do you put in a students BIO DATA?

My kid won a city level prize for an essay competition. Now the same essay is going for the National level. There are only six competitors for the national title. The organizers have asked for the child's bio data, I'd like to know whether the kids achievements, aspirations, ambition can be a part of the information.

Hey How many times do you ask the same qn in every place. You have got several best answers I guess. Anyway the name, place, animal, thing does indeed ring a bell. Hope your Bio Data has worked out well.
My only advice would be not to bluff (which you obviously wont) and try to keep it simple and straight.
