Yes, of course you can, it is called body language. The stance posture, expression, clothing, accessories, everything a person wears, or does, shows what and how they are thinking. This is a science called neurolinguistics. Check it out.

No...you can not. you can make some good guesses, once or twice everynow and then, but i think to spot a dominating personality you have to hear him/her speak for a while!
Some people when you see them you think like ..oh..that's don corleone..but when you listen to what he is saying you know that u were wrong..

If you look at them long and hard enough, yes you can. "Look at them" for long enough to "see" their personality.
