Well there's no miracle. Your goal is reasonable and everything you've heard from doctors, tv, online, parents etc are true. Water is a HUGE thing, when I was a teen and i felt like I needed to lose some weight I would just drink a ton of water. Yah, I spent a lot of time in the bathroom but it was worth it. :) Plus the water helps your skin also. Also, drink water before you eat, it will make you feel fuller and eat less. There are tricks to make your brain think you're full. Eat with your non-dominate hand, it will slow you down and let your body have time to send a signal to you that you are full. A lot of times people eat so fast that by the time their brain is like "Oh im full" they've already overeaten. Also, make your food and then eat only 1/2 of what you would have normally eaten. We dont need as much food as we think we do. This next thing is a bit extreme but its what I did and I live my lifestyle by it now, but I became vegan when I was 19 and have lost a LOT (40 lbs or so) because of it. Also, Im SUPER healthy. I dont have any fatty animal meat in me or fatty milk clogging me up. (im not vegan because i want to save all the animals, its just for health reasons) but even cutting out red meat would be a huge help. Also, when you work out, do cardio but do it at a lower level, when you keep your heartrate at about 131, thats a good level but if you're going super fast you're no longer doing cardio which is fat burning, you're just building endurace and muscle. Work out more often, everyday. if you dont have time to go to the gym, go running. If you're ever tempted to start snacking, go brush your teeth, it'll make you not want to eat. Also mints trigger something in your brain to make you think you've eaten. Hope all these little tidbits help! goodluck, im sure you're beautiful as you are!

cardio. lots and lots of cardio. running, spinning classes, dont take in fats or many carbs or calories. MAKE SURE that you are burning MORE calories than you are TAKING IN each day, otherwise you cancel yourself out. with the running, try running through sand or with leg weights or up a hill or something that gives plenty of resistance
