My husband and I took a common link: ancestry (Irish) , and looked up Irish names ---- for our daughter. there was a name we chose that had meaning to it for both of us.
If there is a way you can know possibly what country in Africa you or the father or family is linked, that might help you find some really need names! Otherwise I would have been lost at naming my daughter. Nyala is a pretty name but Im not sure where it comes from.

good luck ;)

Well just for some suggestions I would go with for a boy: Andre or Jonah, and for a girl: Shakinah or Maritza. Those are just thought but try the site below out for ideas of your own...

Maliyah is another pretty name....You'd never believe it but I saw it on one of those cabbage patch doll's birth certificate and thought it was pretty.

Tyrell is a really cute boys name. Micah is another good one (pronounced Mike ah). Malachi (pronounced mal-a-ki)is a good one too.

Maliyah- unknown
malachi-messenger of god
