middle/high school: such things as: enrollment form, grading policy, supply list, rules and expectations for behavior, behavior contract (etc.etc.etc.)

usually syllabus papers describing the requirements and responsibilities of the students, the curriculum contents and supplies required for the class. Check your spelling next time I had a hard time figuring out what you were asking. HAve fun!

course outline. Syllibus is only the list of topics and readings. Course outline is everything of that as well as marking structure, special requirements, profs office location... etc.
