Having a boyfriend. I mean, I get the point that at some point you'll want intimacy, but wtf is the point at fifteen-sixteeen-seventeen? At my school all these girls have boyfriends and are "going out" with boys- what exactly IS "going out"?
Personally, I'm fifteen- I've never had a bf. I don't see the point in "going out" with a boy. I never have the time, lol and I'm wondering where all these girls are finding the time to do their school stuff and, haha, their boyfriends (oh that was sleazy of me to say). And they dump them in like two weeks or so! Where is the logic in having a "boyfriend" at this age?
Just wondering.. thanks.

Thats normal during the teenage years..you socialize and figure out what you like in a person.for the years later on when you get into serious..worthwhile relationships..there is no point in having intercourse at such a young age..when you may not be prepared for it..but simple things such as hugging..holding hands..simple kisses wont hurt...maybe youre not ready to be in a relationship or youre just too busy...you seem to be wise for your age though...the girls that dump guys after two weeks are maybe too immature to handle what theyre getting themselves into...but you seem to be on a good track..intelligent..good luck figuring this "going out" business..it never gets any easier lol

each and every so often it in simple terms takes a thoroughly rapidly-up, on your face, trustworthy, reality hurts answer to awaken somebody. whilst her timing, nor her etiquette be the perfect, i think of she is nice. Alot of little ones have the time of their lives in school. Ever seen the action picture with matt damon and robin williams? good will looking is the call. The youthful guy is a genius, and all of it comes trouble-free to him, yet hes working, nicely coasting by existence as a school custodian. It is going plenty deeper than that, yet it is particularly what shes hinting at. no longer trouble-free to get a job in this united states of america, no longer to show an excellent paying one. the only way you are able to now could be in case you have a bachelors degree, at a minimum. good success and desire this permits.

Cool, keep it up! At your age there is no point in "going out" with a boy unless you meet one you really like and and he really likes you too and is supportive of your school stuff. Both of you can have a meaningful "friendship" until you are old enough to want to develop into something more intimate. Alright, I am dreaming of an ideal. :)

It's a game for them. Sometimes in high school you do meet someone you stay with for quite a while. A good friend of mine is still married to her high school boyfriend. However, most of them are as you describe. You're a smart and perceptive young woman.

I agree completely. Busy people and young people should just date. They should date many different people until it turns into something. It turns so dramatic, you can tell by the other teens' questions on here. You are healthy in attitude, you are normal. Thank your parents and have a great time!

Wellllll....these girls need attention.....a boyfriend gives them the attention that their parents or friends do not at this age...Most girls your age are interested in boys...some are not...late bloomers..as you obviously are....will come around...try and not be pregnant by 17.....bad stuff
