How many tRNA binding sites are there on a single ribosome?

There are three sites - Exit - Peptidyl & AminoAcyl. tRNA binds to the A site, the Amino acid is transferred to the growing polypeptide at the P site, and is released at the E site.

dont think tRNA specifically binds to the ribosome.

there are three sites on a ribosome. mRNA attaches to the first site and the tRNA with the respective anticodon for that sequence attaches onto the mRNA. then the mRNA slides over a site and the new codon that enters also gets the respective tRNA attached. then a polypeptide bond is formed between the two amino acids carried by the tRNA. then the mRNA slides over again and the tRNA leaves. rinse and repeat.
