Can the units be easily converted like Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures?

Is it possible to write two different songs in different time signatures and have them both finish (with no awkardness) in, for example, 3 minutes?

no, sorry they cant. all bars in music are different because of the time signature. like 4/4 and 6/8.....theyre all different. because if there was a song in 4/4 with 95 measures of music, and a song in 6/8 with 95 measures o music....it would not be the exact same time.

no because the music goes slower or faster according to the song and there are different time signatures so the measure isn,t always waorth the same amount of notes so it is impossible to figure out how many seconds a measure is worth plus most of the time a measure is worht a lot less than a second

seconds= BPM divided by 60 then times the top number on the time signature
BPM- beats per minute
say it's 60 bpm, with 4/4 t.s. that would mean 1 beat = 1 second
X top no.(4) so 1 measure (or bar) = 4 seconds
