The stickers vary for different positions...OL gets them for what we call pancakes...and the teams i ever played for RB got them for every game you rushed for more than 100 yards....LB sacks....CB/FS....interceptions....SS hard hits...etc etc..

The stickers on the helemts stand for somthing good that the player has done. such as a good play or a good sac, or a nice show of leadership. the more stickers the better the player.

like Ohio State, they have those little Buckeye stickers, and the offence side its because of the rush or pass yards they get at each game, and the defense i think its for the sacks and tackles
