i went to a school football game drunk and my principal found out so he told my school officer. the officer asked me if i had been drinking and i told him yes, although i did not tell him i consumed any alcohol but i told him id been drinking. so he made me call my mom to pick me up. he told me that i would be issued a citation and suspended on monday. first of all i thought an officer has to issue the citation at the moment you are caught, second off i told him id been drinking i did not say i consumed any alcohol though. anyway i was wondering if he can still give me a citation he has no proof besides the fact that i told him i was drinking, i did not get breathalized or anything

You deserve what you get. You reap what you sow. I hope you do get a citation and learn something from your stupid and irresponsible behavior. You really think it's smart to be a drunk in high school? You need help buddy. Grow up before you waste any more of your brain cells and your life.

alot of people on this site will nag and complain saying you shoulda had more than a citation and crap like that, but the truth is that no you should not have gotten that citation at all, because:
1. they can't prove anything.
2. you where not caught (therefor it could be result of speculation)

I wouldn't think it should happen that way but the law does what it does without asking us.
