how do i drop a TRO (Temporary restrain order)?

I filed it out of state but now i am away from that state (hawaii).

please let me know how i would do this

You need to go to the DA or magistrate and they can submit it to be removed. It is easy.

You need to have an attorney appear on your behalf in the court where the TRO was issued, and ask the court to modify or vacate (drop) the order.

If its temporary it will expire anyway. If the issue was serious enough to take out the order, leave it in effect just in case.
