Warm with blankets. I'm weird though. Most people I know prefer cold with blankets.

This is the only way I can fall asleep: with my fan on high, my air on, and covered with tons of blankets. I'm always cold, but I have to sleep this way. I sleep completely wrapped up in blankets in the cold, even in the winter.

I am COLD with nothing~!
Will use a 1 sheet only if air is moving to fast though; as in from a fan or open window in the winter cold fresh air is better to repair!
I have been known to go COLD with a down comfortor only as well!

I turn the air conditioner down to 70 and snuggle up under a down comforter.
It may be because I live in Florida and it's 90+ degrees outside every day, but I can't sleep unless my bedroom is ice cold.

Cold room with blankets. I think it goes back to that "It's cold outside the cave but I'm warm and therefore safe" thing.

I agree with warm and blankets. I love being toasty. I hate when u sleep in blankets when its cold and your arms get chilly.

I sleep with the A/C on and the ceiling fan. My bed has three blankets on it. Its freezing in my room but i can't sleep any other way.
