This song was played in a movie!?

This song was played in a movie! I'm not sure but I think the movie is called "Safety patrol" and when he gets to his lowest point "in the movie" because he sees this girl he likes with someone else.....and this song by a woman is played! I don't know what it's called....Can anyone tell me if they know????
