sorry dude there's not much help for emotional abuse
unless she can be emancipated
don't know the laws on that but i'm sure you can google it
sometimes it helps to just talk about it
look into some therapy for her
as far as the physical abuse she needs to call the law
or you can call for her
call the dept. of social services in her area

You and your girlfriend might not want to get her parents in trouble, but it really sounds like that the only kind of help your girlfriend needs, is help from the authories, such as police, and social services. They will take her out of the home, and place her with a foster family where she will be treated like a child and not a punching bag. She will get to continue school, and hopefully move on to college. It is important to get the girl out of the hostile and violent environment. So my advice to you is to CALL THE COPS..and please do not wait another day, CALL THE COPS RIGHT THIS MINUTE. Make sure the girl gets evidence of the *physical* abuse(next time it happens). If she gets hit and gets a bruise, tell her to take pictures of the bruises! As for emancipation, she can do that, but it will cost money for legal bills, and she will have to have enough money to support herself if she is going to be away from her parents. Being emancipated is a really *grown up* way of living. She does not need to be on her own, she needs to be in an environment where she can finish school! You love your girlfriend, and you probably want her living with you, right? But right now if she moves in with you and gets away from her parents, she will not get the education she deserves. When someone is not in school, then where do they go?...They have to get a job. Please do not make her make the decision that will ruin any chance she has of getting an education and bettering herself for a long, full, happy life. Be cool, Stay In School.

Have her talk to one of her teachers/guidance counselors/Assistant Principals and then ask that person to contact the local Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) office.
Schoolboard employees are required by law to report suspected abuse, and if she goes as far as asking for the teacher to call, the response will be more immediate. When DCFS gets a report from a teacher, things move a bit faster because of the legal considerations at both ends.
She could try calling DCFS herself, or you could call for her, but I still think the response will be quicker if a teacher does it.

she would manage to stroll into any police station and tell them she's basically been overwhelmed, if she has the injuries to coach them they're mandated to act for that reason. no remember if it rather is principally emotional yet she's now a cutter with the aid of fact of it, she would manage to tell every person in college, they're all mandated newshounds with the help of state regulation, and can notify regulation enforcement and social centers. tell her to p.c.. her well-liked instructor and circulate with that instructor to the numerous or college nurse and that they're going to placed it into action to help her. you could call her college and tell them, too, which will commence the ball rolling, in the event that they call her in and spot wounds from being a cutter they are going to do something. stable luck, you're a stable guy to objective and help her. you are a wonderful friend and are doing the right thing to reach out for help. You can call the local Department of Human Resources in the phone book and report her parents, anonomously. You can tell them who you are if you want or not if you want. If you'd rather you can tell a doctor or nurse or school teacher. They are required to report abuse. Bless your heart. A big heart.

If she is a minor, then call the Child Protective Services in her area, explain the abuse and they'll send a social worker or a police officer or both depending upon the severity.

What state is she from? Call the court house and they can give you information. Laws vary from state to state. Try child protective services and report her abuse. Does she have any other family to go to? I wish you guys the best.
