It depends, on some broadband connections your ISP gives you a Dynamic IP Address, which can change every now and then. Other ISP's give you a Static IP address which stays the same. So yes, sometimes your IP address can change. And yes, it can change by itself.

With some ISPs, yes, your IP will change. It's so you have to buy a special static ip package so they can charge you more money. And also as mentioned, if it is on your local network, making changes to the router or rebooting it may cause your IPs to change.

You might be doing something and not know it, even resetting your router can make it change, but if you dont do ANYTHING than no it wont change by its self unless the ISP drops you and reconnects for some odd reason
