It's just a website..based on a profile on you. Kind of like a public email. You can set it up the way you want with backgrounds and such send email, post bullitens, send comments, get comments...its just a kinda cool thing to do when your bored.

Its typically a blog site... something like a personal diary open for the public to view. You can choose site layouts, colours, textures, fonts and backgrounds that best represent you. You can even write in a journal, list your likes and dislikes and post pictures of yourself to which people are allowed to comment.
On the whole, its a bore unless you've got loads of time to waste...

You just talk about yourself and shmooze. You keep tabs on your lackeys. It's for dorks like myself. It's not really that interesting unless you have a lot of friends. Unlike myself lol.
