So this is my first onth off the pill and we are ttc. I started with pain & cramps around the time my hormonal forcaster said I would O. They stuck with me for almost 7 days. Now I still have a bit of cramping but I pee alot (I also have a bit of a bladder infection, But I wasn't peeing like this b4 I started the medication) And for the last 2 days my tummy rumbles like im hungry even after I eat. I also have some lower back pain.Ive seen the mucus 3 times this month so far but only once each time until the last time. it has lasted about 2 days now. The Dr. says it could be my body getting into a cycle and that I could be PG but it's too earlie to tell. Has anyone been like this and been PG? Do you think I could be??

This is one of those questions that no one here on Y! Answers can answer. You should really wait to take a pregnancy test or talk to your doctor.

Yes, I think you could be pregnant. ((key word: "could")) Any one "could" be pregnant.

From personal experience--when you start thinking about getting pregnant and feeling pregnancy signs. They aren't signs...it's your mind playing tricks. Now that you are trying to concieve you are looking for these things.

My best advice is to take a chill pill and wait for a missed period to get you excited about pregnancy. Best of Luck!

After Ovulation your body produces a chemical called progesterone. This chemical can cause all these symptoms whether you are pregnant or not. Same with PMS. A lot of women swear they are getting their periods and end up pregnant. The only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test. If you are just now starting on your trying to conceive journey you will need a lot of pregnancy tests. Get them on ebay, they are cheap.

I went through the same kind of thing when i went of the the pill for the first month....hang in there. It takes a while for your body to adjust to a "normal cycle" again. I think i took a pregnancy test for the first two months that i was of the pill. I had the "symptoms" etc etc.....but wasn't pregnant...just relax, whatever will be will be.

Lindsey Lovato is right. It may not be the answer you want to hear, but it's true. I have been having pregnancy signs before my period for over 6 months now, and it never proves to be pregnancy. I never had any PMS except for breast tenderness all my life... now I get cramps, frequent urination, nausea and even spotting a few days before my period starts. It gets so frustrating when I get my period now because I put high hopes on my fake symptoms. And relaxing does not really work when you want something so bad!

It could be my dr has told me the same thing and I have gone thru the same signs. My dr told me it could be the fact your body is gettin ready to ovulate and or that your b aby is havin withdrawls from the pill.
