People have got to be more careful about chosing their best friends.
But that aside, you have to wait for him to see her for what she is. Once he breaks up with her you can move in a a kind and supportive friend (to him, not her). Your friend may get pissed with you, but she's a cheating hoe so no big loss there.
Make sure that you aren't the one who points out the cheating to the boyfriend though because that will ruin any chances for you of getting together with him once they break up.

Whatever you do, don't hook up with him behind your friend's back because that will lead to worse problems.
I think that you should ask her if she is serious about him, if she said no then you can just tell her that you like him. I'm sure she'll be fine with it. If she said yes then tell her about your feelings anyway and see what she'll say.

i dont know your back ground with him but if he shows interest in you and you think that you could really have a relationship with him, go for it, you have to question if you want him as a boyfriend, even more than you want your bestfriend
