how do i dissolve a TRO?

Please help

i dont need a speech..we are just in contact and need it dropped in case there are any problems

problem is if i leave him now and the TRO is in effect he can go to the police and say that I contacted him and i'd get into trouble

Whoever originally filed the TRO would go to the court and ask that the order be modified or vacated (dropped).
