Adobe Premiere Elements is pretty decent. I like it.
You can go to Adobe's web site, and download a 30 day free trial. The only thing is that until you buy it, all your video that gets published with it is branded with the Adobe logo in the upper left corner. But it's still worth a look.

Adobe Premiere or if you have a mac get Final Cut, no Microsoft Movie Maker Crap.
