Of course being a black woman I don't agree but no one can stop you from doing what you want to do. There is no special permit needed for a KKK parade. If you choose to you can go to city office and get a regular permit for a parade or you can organize this 'parade' as a peaceful protest through the streets without. People can protest and file petitions to stop it and to be honest in those locations that you are referring to that can happen. But also in those particular locations make sure that you decide to wear bullet proof jackets under you sheets because you will be sure to be killed in the process of your 'parade'.

You may need to read the paper work for the permit before you put an X on it, so that leaves you out since surely you lack the intellegence of a common earth worm.

You need a small game and fishing permit in Wisconsin. In Florida you'll need a parking permit for the 3rd st. parking garage. In New Mexico they require a home improvement permit.
