1. Do you believe that it's possible for two separate souls/spirits to be merged into one?
Example: Two different people die and both spirits are reincarnated into the same body. They are then merged and become one soul.

2. Do you believe that one spirit/soul can be separated into two or more?
Example: A person dies and their soul is reincarnated into two (or more) different bodies.

3. If two different souls were reincarnated into the same body, do you think they could still be separate?
Example: Same as first example, but instead of the souls merging, they're still separate. This could cause them to constantly fight over control (in a sense).

4. What are your beliefs about this?

1. Absolutely, but I also believe it's a could be a rare event, but maybe not as rare as I think. Two people would have to be very connected in order for something like that to happen. I call people like that sister souls, or brother souls. Not blood related, though. Not like twins or anything, but two people born of different parents-sometimes even at different places/dates/times/eras, but so connected at the heart and soul, that in the next life, they could fuse together as one soul.

2. Yes, absolutely, but my beliefs are limited to that area, I haven't done a whole lot of research there. I think if something like this were to happen, the two souls would be opposites-that is one good, one evil. Would they ever meet? If not in that lifetime, perhaps in the next. Obviously for a soul to split into two, that person must have a lesson to learn and didn't learn it. Perhaps his/her soul would be split until the lesson is accomplished.
3. Actually, this I believe to be true as well. I sometimes feel the same but separate. I often believe that I have two souls in my body. Sometimes I fight with myself about certain things, but most of the time I'm rather agreeable (not trying to be funny, but that's my honest answer, I swear). Even though the person may have twin souls inside of them, it doesn't mean they will agree on everything.
4. I've always believed in reincarnation, but not back to back reincarnation. For example, a man could die tomorrow, and be born again next year. And he may not be born again for several years-maybe even a hundred. I also believed in soul mates. But not just one soul mate. I believe there are different kinds of soul mates out there, and not everybody has the same ones or the same number of soul mates. One of my soul mates was my dog. He's gone now, I had to give him up, but it is my belief (one that has been confirmed) that he and I will meet again someday. Maybe he won't be a dog then, but you never know.

Hope this was enough information for you.

I do believe in reincarnation

Your ideas are interesting one, but I personally don't believe them. Souls are strong things and cannot be divided in two or merged into two. I believe that when the body that contains a soul dies, then the soul is leftover, waiting for another being to put the soul into, whether man, horse, snake, bird, toad, bacteria, protist, whatever. The soul is a very deep thing and not everyoen can always find theirs, there's a lot of outside influences that can distract you from being who you really are, and those are always changing throughout time, that's why I am no the same person I was in my last reincarnation.

Also, when a soul reaches enlightenment, it goes to Nirvana, where it rests n peace. Few souls ever get there, but I personally believe that once a soul reaches Nirvana, it rests forever. Of course, this means there would have to always be an infinate amount of excess souls waiting for a body at all times, which I believe exist merely to keep this cycle goign as souls retire and more living things are born.

1. This is an interesting possibilty, but I do not think that it happens. I am not averse to being proven wrong, though.

2. This seems to be the case with twins. Are you familiar with the idea that twins have a "connection" that other people do not have? That could be a possible example of the idea of one soul being put into two bodies. As for more than two bodies, I do not believe in that so much, but again, I don't mind being proven wrong.

3. I do not really believe in this, because this seems closer to the conditions of schizophrenia. Of course, schizophrenia might just be the more logical world's diagnosis of two souls sharing the same body.

4. I believe in the concept of reincarnation in the sense that, when we die, we return in a different body (or two, in the case of some twins) because we need to learn lessons until we are allowed to move on to a higher plane. Once we have learned those lessons, we do not come back, and move on to another, higher plane.

1. No, it is absolutely not possible to merge more than one soul into another but they can keep incarnating together if it serves to advance each other.

2. A soul does not multiply, but rather splits and can exist in several dimensions at once according to where the need is. This splitting is voluntary for the soul and each "piece" may not possess an equal portion of the soul's energy. Many of us have left some of our energy in "heaven" before coming to earth. A soul may even transmigrate into plants or rocks or animals. Pet rocks were for real!

3. ? siamese twins., otherwise the closest to merging would be the feeling of pure love with the right partner.

4. It is totally true. I've always believed but now have proof as several deceased relatives and murder victims from NYC are answering these questions and combining to effect change on this earth. They can even physically change the composition or location of objects around you, and they DO watch over you. One more thing... the souls of extaordinarily evil people (Hitler, bin Laden) are destroyed after leaving the earth and cannot attempt reparations.

It sounds like this is a case for the old soul-psychaitrist.. a case of bi-polar spirits perhaps? is this soul a Gemmini?

I most certaily subscribe to the believe of reincarnation but what you are saying is a way to describe conflicting forces within an individual soul not two different souls.....as you explain..

If an tremendously creative person does not utilize their gifts in a the physical universe in a conscious way there becomes this internal battle for power......the byproduct of this force is usually a summation a karmic debt created by themselves for the next life or two or three ....and a constant unrest in one's mind for the span of those lives up until the point of Consciousness....Being conscious of you thoughts will be the first step towards bringing harmony in one's mind whenever you are ready to do so.

in many religions bearing directly to reincarnation, all residing issues have souls that are reincarnated into yet another physique after death. working example, while you're stable yet do no longer learn all your "life instructions," you would be promoted up a point. in spite of the fact that, in the experience that your soul and suggestions stability with each little thing and you have found out all there is, you have reached a factor hassle-free as Nirvana, the place you smash the cycle. on the different hand, while you're a terrible individual who basically makes rather everyone's lives depressing, you will certainly be demoted down the "ladder" of reincarnation. this is the jist of it, yet a number of it rather is somewhat trickier to describe. o.o

i do think n believe in soul splitting but m not sure of 2 souls merging into 1 body, the splitting theory is that en a soul has to learn more than wot it can in one life time then it has to split (for it's benefit ) into 2, as far as reincarnation goes its true ...i have some personal experience in this ...guess every1 of us has it in some form or the other...lets say sometime u may come across people whom u may find as starnger initially but u bond wid them so well eventually, u may feel u know them for areal long time...

Yes, I believe in reincarnation. 1.No, not on the physical plane. Only way I know it to occur on this planet is an out of body astral experience. This can happen with soul mates during tantric love, when you merge out of this planes space and time. 2. My astrology friend Quan, has mentioned our Gemini twin. I've never ask him to expand on this, I will now, thanks. 3. I suppose in a Jeckle and Hyde type thang. 4. I believe in the Tao thinking aloud: The Grand Scheme:" I've feel totally creative today and I'm in the mood for something quite unusual. Wouldn't it be intresting and fun to play hide and seek with myself! I'll pretend that a part of myself has forgotten that it is part of me. The game will be for that to remember that it truly is a part of me. I'll create some mazes and diversions to make the journey a real adventure. Aha! I'll fragment this part of me up into millons of parts and let them interact with one another. I'll concoct some fancy distractions and paradoxes so they'll never know. That'll keep them, er, me, busy for a long time trying to sort it all out. I'll leave them little clues and signs along the way to keep them on the trail if they get to far off course. Naturally, there will be an underlying structure to the game to give it a semblance of awesome order. I'll even arrange for the parts to have free choice so that they, uh, we can really get into trouble. That will make winning even more delicious. Well, let's get started." That's exactly what the Tao did and here we are. Really liked the Question, hope this helps. Count your blessings its the year of the Dog!

I believe in reincarnation, but I believe that one soul is one soul. I don't think that a soul can be reborn into a body with another sol, nor do I think that a soul can be split in two.
