The "Father's Almanac" contains daily information concerning the times of both the rising and the setting of the Sun. You can buy it almost anywhere. If you want a specific time for the date that is given (4/7/04), you would have to consult your Public Library.

Do an internet search to find the web site for the US Naval Observatory. Follow the links to find the tables of sunsets and sunrises, twilight hours, and related information.
I think also some of the weather sites, such as the Weather Underground, give that information for each day.

MikeB gave you the link I was going to suggest. If you're in the US you can just type in your city or a city close to you. If you're somewhere else you can enter in your longitude and latitude and get the info (there's a link on that page to help you find your long. and lat if you don't know it).
