You belive I should put it away but like I said I wanted real answers and serious answers. I realize that if the piece moves to all four corners it realeses the spirit from the board. I know how to use the ouija board and I know the warnings and heard all the stories. I have been playing ouija for almost 6 years and not had a bad experiance. I know what I am doing. I was just wondering if the piece moves to the son what is he trying to say?

serious. they are the four directions, (or four winds in most religions) that represent the four elders (or horsemen if you're using it that way, and dumb in my opinion). the elders have all the answers.
Some people believe the top right of the board should be pointing north.

ok i just spent the better part of 45 minutes reading about ouija boards, and im getting chills just reading about it, theres definatly something that you dont want to play with
i think that bad things can happen if you continue to use this "toy"
you should burn the thing in my opinion

somethings in life are just doorways that evil is just waiting to come through and i think that your messing with one of them,

I think it's just decoration. I think they were originally ovals but I think it was a better seller when they went to rectangles. . . but kept the decoration to compromise. . .
