My sister says it is Verizon. I want good customer service. I had sprint once and would hold a hour if I called them.

I used to work for a cell phone company and sold all brands..
Sprint is a lot more and can sneak charges
Altel.. no
t moblie.. not really( not great service areas)
I'd say Verizon is one of the best deals
but as far as service maybe a toss up between Sprint/verizon

Cingular is the greatest among them all for all the great reasons. Great recption, and there slogan is really true. Fewest dropped calls. You dont want Verizon, they want you to pay for everything you put on your phone. You cant download your own ringtons, they force you to pay for them from there 'Get It Now'. Cingular's customer care is pretty good. Although you do get a few terbin heads but then again you get them every freaking customer serivce place you call. Even Dell. Cingular allows you the most fredom without tiein you down. Sprint's reception sucks. There slowgan should be "Most dropped calls". Nextel, is only good for there 2 Way radios. Helio is great for there 3G internet browsing, but not so hott on the reception end. T-Mobile is my second pick under neith Cingular for phone. Serivce could be better but its still good. And with there Sidekick and there newer higher speed internet its good too. Id def go with Cingular.

I now have T*Mobile and I am so happy with the service that I get! My first cell was a CellularOne and the service stunk, didn't have any cool things that I could download without going to the computer and going through all of that stuff. I have great tones and even fun wallpaper!

I would have said Verizon too, but they have pissed me off of lately. I got a crappy phone and they won't do nothing about it unless I buy one myself.

I have three different cell co. Cingular, Virgin Mobile and Tracfone....if one dont work...the other one will...I travel allot, and on backroads, and in the mountains...Cingular dont work...so I use the cheap Tracfone its CDMA coverage...
