Have you ever went to sleep, then woke up but you wasnt actually up, u just laying laying their cant move or talk or anything, and your eyes still closed. What do you call that?

It is sleep paralysis. Science is now in the middle of trying to figure out if this why so many people believe they have been abducted by aliens. In more occult circle it is said that this state is being caught between 2 worlds.
