Please give specifics of quantity and quality of food as well as type and duration of exercise and lifestyle (sedentary, active, very active.)

I am a size 4 - 6 (depending on what brand). I eat maybe one full meal a day and nibble on things throughout the day. I hardly ever eat deep fried foods (maybe once a month or less often). Mainly eat meats that are low in fat and also eat fruit and veggies. I love chocolate and that one is no good.

For exercise: I like to bike, but also prefer to walk than drive. I always try to park further away and walk to store, than try to find the closest spot. Avoid drive-through (although most drive throughs are fast food) and walk in. Plus my job is alot of physical work too - no desk job for me. Management. Constant exercise.

Better yet, eat home cooked meal. Not mac and cheese either. Real meat and veggies.

I'm skinny-- I eat 5 smaller meals a day and my work out is taking care of my 15 month old. Also my family has high metabolism, so I think that's the main thing.

They usually have nervous energy, And they usually don't sit down and eat a big meal. They pick all day long. In other words, a piece of cheese here, some nuts there, a yogurt, and apple. Just little bits all day long. They are more likely to work thru lunch and nibble.

I am skinny, and i eat anything and everything in sight. I dont excecise much, so i dont know why i'm skinny. But i think all that need be done is eating healthy veggies and taking a walk every now and then.

most of the skinny people i know eat like little pigs, and don't even exercise.
I have lost 30 pounds over the last few months, special k and yes exercise, i joined the y

Im skinny, I eat wenevr im hungry or just want 2 and exercise never. But I do walk alot in my daily routines.

some skinny people do nothing, they just have a very high metabolism by nature.
