What are some really good hardcore house/techno/electronic/dance German groups??

I used to have a CD with all these great German techno group remixes on them, but I lost it and that was all the way back in 1998.

the only German bands i know of are Rammstein and Shadow Rechenstien, but they are metal

novaspace is german, put out a remake of burning beds that was actually pretty good, and im not into techno. you can download it off limewire.
