learn to type
start a friendship, if you haven't already
get a good mushy movie you have both seen enough times to talk over at home and watch it with the lights down low, in the evening but not yet dark out
find a low point after a really passionate scene and tell her "you know? I'm really into you"
hope she doesn't slap you in the face and run away screaming about you hitting on her.
if she seems receptive, get into a nice long kiss.

Well, you could always start with "Hi." Get to know her a little bit and then ask her out, or just tell her that you're interested and see what happens. If you want her, then make some sort of move.
