I believe almost any bank should be able to set up an automatic withdrawal from your checking account into a savings account of some sort. Ask your bank!

bank of america has this plan where they round up the dollar to the nearest and then transfer the difference into a savings account.
for example , spend $2.80 on your checking card, and they will make it $3.00 and transfer the $0.20 into your savings account.

Every single bank should gladly be able to set up automatic transfers/withdrawals for you. You can usually manage them online.

By the way, if you want to make a few extra bucks online, try this. It's worked for me. http://www.*************/index.php?ref=82532
