i've been going out with this guy for a month or so, and he told me he's making me a craft and has been working on it for days. i was thinking i should probably get him something or make him something, but we're going out tomorrow! any quick ideas!? thanks!

How about this: get him a thank you card, and have it ready for him for when he gives you the gift. You could write something in it like, "I just think it's great that you were thinking of me. You're the best."--or something that lets him know you appreciate all his hard work.
AND--and this just came to me--LOL, you should get a disposable cam! That way you can take silly or meaningful pictures, make a great memory, and add some real fun to the occasion! He'll feel so special.

Wait until after he gives you whatever gift he has for you. Don't spoil his moment. Then the next time you go out, you can give him something. Hint: cookies are always good :-)

Well get him something that works with his interests. Or something flat out silly. Random. Anything that'll make him smile/laugh.
