Alcohol sucks water and potassium out of you so drink lots of water and have a banana or some OJ before you go to bed. OR if you're susceptible to migraines red wine is a trigger in some people.

If it's red wine, that triggers headaches in some people. All you can do is avoid it. Try a little white instead.

Try Bonterra (organic wine) - you can usually find it - it never gives me a headache.

I can't tolerate wine coolers for some reason, they upset my stomach.

Avoid red wine. It is the tannen in red wine that causes headaches. You can drink white wine and probably rose.

there's a medicine at Walgreens called "Chaser Plus", you take it with your 1st glass of wine to kill the headaches the next day

There is a medication, and I'm pretty sure it's over the counter. I've forgotten the name of it, but it has the word "hangover" in it. I don't drink, but when my friends and I go out, they take the medication.
