Alcohol sucks water and potassium out of you so drink lots of water and have a banana or some OJ before you go to bed. OR if you're susceptible to migraines red wine is a trigger in some people.

If it's red wine, that triggers headaches in some people. All you can do is avoid it. Try a little white instead.

Try Bonterra (organic wine) - you can usually find it - it never gives me a headache.
I can't tolerate wine coolers for some reason, they upset my stomach.

There is a medication, and I'm pretty sure it's over the counter. I've forgotten the name of it, but it has the word "hangover" in it. I don't drink, but when my friends and I go out, they take the medication.
