my question is, if someone goes to war and kills 10 people is that a crime, that person goes straight to hell, or have some salvation, and what happens when a person kills prisoners, is that murder or it's just war acts, should that person be judged?

It entirely depends on the religion. Some do not allow killing for any reason. Some do not prohibit it at all.

Christianity generally follows the commandment "Thou shalt not murder." It doesn't say "Thou shalt not kill." Murder is unjustified and illegal killing. War, in many situations, may be justified.

The Bible says there will always be wars to fight. It also says to follow the laws of the land even if you don't agree with them. So, it is not a crime to kill the people you are fighting in the war, which means it is not a sin. It is against the law to kill prisoners, so that would be a sin and the person would need to get true, heart-felt forgiveness of this sin to avoid judgement or possibly going to hell for it.

War is just the sales pitch for people who like to sell killing. The judgement should be on the ones who created the circumstances for war. There are no judgements once it starts except those of the System of Systems which decides if an action benefits the downhill flow of violence from those who finance the war to those who die in it and around it.

In my opinion killing requires a sense of "justification". If a soldier is drafted and has to follow orders he/she can believe that the killing of an eneny is "justified" because he/she is ordered to do so.

It is also my opinion that no follower of Christ can kill (or hate) with a good conscience, especially not innocent "collateral" victims, possibly children or mothers with unborn children! Jesus told us to love our enemy, turn the other cheek. That does NOT allow for agression, retaliation or selfdefence!

On the contrary, it asks us to think and act with compassion and forgiveness toward the "others", even if they may be our enemy.

I have no doubt that Jesus taught the right way. By the way, He was NOT THE ONLY ONE who taught compassion AND forgiveness as rules for life. But I believe He did it most clearly.

I believe that soldiers who have killed because of followng orders will be forgiven if they repent and ask for forgiveness as any other of us sinners. The ones who cause the wars by hating the "others", or worse by greed, and give the orders to kill will have a harder time with forgiveness.

Yes, Bush should be judged and pay for the murder of tens of thousands. HE said God lead him to his decision. What kind of God is that anyway
