The best assets are stocks that are about to go up. Don't buy stocks that aren't about to go up. As far as businesses go, the best asset to own right now is an oil refinery or oil drilling company.

If you want to bing in the most money, buy a Taco Bell restraunt.

An often overlooked opportunity is coin laundries. They tend to generate consistent revenue year round because people do laundry consistently; are an all cash business; and are relatively simple to operate.
