i don't think so...maybe there are some people that are serious and really try to look for serious relationships online but at the same time there's a lot of people that don't want anything serious i would rather lose a great oppertunity of meeting my solemate online than to risk being on the 6 o' clock news dead LOL or getting my heart broken by a fake jerk./...i think it's just better to see and meet the person. you could tell if they're lying better than you coul online

I don't know if I would ever do it, but I know 2 people that did. One that met someone by accident online and they have now been married for 7 years. Another that used one of those match making websites (I think eharmony.com) and they've been married 2 years and just had their first baby. So I guess it can work.

You can but I would not say from online. Maybe you meet this person over the internet. See them and see what they are all about. If it turns out you like them, then maybe get serious from there.

No. There are too many people out there on the net that are simply dishonest. I think if I were to meet the person and they turned out to be all they presented themselves to be on line, It might work.

well hon, honestly i have and it wasn't worth it, but i think that in life you have to take chances, but be very careful when you do, don't let them pick you up from there house, meet them in a public place and possibly with friends around, don't let them buy you a drink and you're not there, don't go to the bathroom and leave food or drink and then come back and use it, be very careful. anyhow all the best.

talk and meet the person first to get to know him/her better and allow time to develop any relationship. Do not rush. If there are discrepancies in what he/she said or did, check them out. In short, be cautious rather than sorry.

No, the internet is a dangerous place to look for love, since people can easily lie on it.

I don't think so. maybe if she lived real close to me. People play games on here and my feelings are important to me. I think online is a good way to set myself up to fall.
