I hear guys who go down on their women grow hair on their face pretty fast. Or, you can just try the old fashion way and keep shaving regularly even where there is no facial hair and it will start to grow.

just let it grow and when it gets itching,put some after shave on and it will stop the itch.and also wash it with soap and warm water and it will keep it soft.

if you have tried and failed its simply not going to happen if you are an adult. not everyone produces enough facial hair for that
