I only read the questions, but he/she obviously has an interest in Kentucky, Texas, and Tennessee. Maybe more of an obsession ?

i think that you should tell him/her that they would not like it if they were a Kentuckian and they were being bullied by some other person, Kentuckians are no different than the rest of us!

It sounds like this person is not happy with where they are at in their life and has to say things against where they live to possibly "vent". I wouldn't take anything this person says personally. Some people just aren't happy with their lives. As long as you are happy and love where you are, you could portray that to other people.

I don't understand the hatred towards a specific state/area - I mean prejudices in general are beyond my grasp, but that's even more ignorant. I'd say he was probably raised that way... I dunno!
