This is called a "fatigue" cap because it's worn by the military in very informal settings, where you would be wearing fatigues instead of any kind of dress uniform.

They're called "Military Hats" and you can but them almost anywhere. Target's the best, though.

I think it's a newsboy hat. You can find plenty at target, at least i've seen them before, at target.
