Definition: Having two different alleles for a single trait.

For example, the gene for seed shape in pea plants exists in two forms, one form or allele for round seed shape (R) and the other for wrinkled seed shape (r). A heterozygous plant would contain the following alleles for seed shape: (Rr).

So, a 100% Het Albino would be likely to pass that trait along.

Heterozygous means that you have 2 different alleles for a trait, such as albinism, where albino is a (small because it's recessive) and normal A (is dominant). if you are het. Aa, you have a dominant allele, meaning that you will be normally colored, but have a 50% chance of passing on a recessive allele to offspring. Breeding is the only sure way to tell whether you (meaning the snake) are AA or Aa... If you cross 2 Aa, 25% will be aa (albino), 25% will be AA, and 50% will be Aa, meaning that 75% will not be albino, but 2/3 of that 75% will be Heterozygous, meaning that a normal from that cross has a 66% chance of being "het."

Likewise if you cross an albino (aa) with a known heterozygote (Aa), half will be aa and half will be Aa, meaning that you are 100% certain that the normal colored ones are heterozygous for that trait.

Sorry, that made no sense I'm sure, but I have no idea what your genetics background is.
