I went to my family doctor and had a pregnancy test show negative. That negative is now 46 years old, alive and kicking.

Wait for about three more weeks, then have the clinic run another test. It should give a definitely accurate reading by then.

wait a week and take another test you may not have enough pregnancy hormones to tell yet or maybe the clinics test was bad if it still says positive go back or go somewhere else and explain whats going on . Every at home test I have taken has been true . Good Luck

The same thing happened to me I had 3 positive test, 2 were clear blue easy. When I got to the doctor they said I wasn't. To this day I swear I had an early miscarriage. Anyway, no one could tell me why I had positive tests, the best explanation I could get was that it was a chemical pregnancy.

I would say you ARE pregnant! Have your doctor do a blood test, that is the only way you will be able to tell 100%. I can see 1 test being wrong, but not 3. Home pregnancy tests detect HCG, which is only present when you are pregnant.

False positives can happen if you have a yeast infection or some other type of problem in that general area. Blood tests are rarely false, it could happen, best bet wait a couple of days and then go back for another test or just retake ahome pregnancy test again.

Best of luck to you.

The same thing happened to my girlfriend... She ended up having a doctor order a blood serum test, which is way more accurate than any urine test, and she was pregnant....

I say change your docter! My cousins was trying to get pregnant and every time she would go to the docter it would say negative. But she changed her docter and she was like 3 months pregnant and she has a healthly baby girl who is going to be 4 years old in the up coming months!

i would go to a different clinic. Those over the counter pregnancy tests are pretty accurate.

I would get a blood test if I were you. Also, try another clinic.

False positives are very rare. False negatives are more common. Get tested again.
