If I can stop ageing, only then i would like to live forever. It's not possible so I would like to live till I remain fit and fine

Depends on the situation...

If everyone lives forever it would be easier to do a lot of things and enjoy them. I would travel a lot (if the health condition permits it - one can live forever and be in bed all the time, because of illness or even not being aware of being alive - in this case I'd choose the 2nd option)

But if I would be the only one with eternal life, I'd rather die with the ones I love, than loose everyone I meet in life (because when you meet someone, you know you will loose them one day - a burden too heavy to life with ...)

Absolutely not.

People fear death, believe it to be the enemy of life - but really, if you think about it, death is life's greatest ally, if you believe in the soul. For, the body is but a box to hold in the soul, a cage, and only when you escape that cage (die) can your soul escape.

Of course - if you don't believe in the soul, then there's still this reason for not wanting to live forever - you will be very, very bored and lonely when everyone on earth dies, and you are all alone.

Everyone is going to live forever, but not in the bodies we have right now. Some will have bodies that will be able to endure eternal torture. Those of us who are Christians will live forever in the presence of God in Heaven. Where will you be?

If I could live forever and be healthy enough to work, I might be a valuable resource. I would probably be really, really good at my job if I worked at it for 100 years.

No I don't think I would want to live forever here in this body on earth...my home is Heaven and that's where I want to be.

We do-just not in our present bodies.
If I were to remain in this body forever, I would want it to be healthy and in no way incapacitated.
To live forever as a vegetable is not living.
Oh, and a million dollars every hundred years would help too!

If you mean in heaven--definitely, and I know that I will.
But that's the real kind of living--in heaven I'll be 'alive' in every sense.
I wouldn't want to live forever here on earth, where things are so messed up.
