A doctor is a great idea! While you wait on your appointment, here is my advice: try drinking more water as lethargy, headache, and loss of concentration can be signs of dehydration. Eight, eight ounces of water is equal to a gallon of water (don't drink a lot of water at once, just drink it throughout the day as overdoing it with water has caused death in some instances: marathoners who drink water at every station have been known to die from water concentration in the brain).

Also, be sure to get some fresh air and sunshine. Taking a walk in natural light (even cloudy day) increases certain chemicals in your brain that will help with the loss of interest part and will aid in the production of Vitamin D. Also, this will help your internal clock so you will sleep better. You didn't mention sleep problems but thought I'd add that in case you didn't realize your sleep habits had changed or forgot to mention it.

If you are indoors a lot, you would be shocked to know how toxic your environment may be. EPA estimates indoor pollution is 2 to 5 times higher indoors than outdoors (maybe even 100 times).

I have a ton of advice about this, but a medical professional should check you out if you have persistent pain in your head.

You should see a doctor b/c those are some symptoms of depression. If you can stop it from getting out of control & from going too far...you'll save yourself ALOT of suffering! Depression is hard to go through honey!!! Or snap out of I should say.
Good Luck!
Pay attention to yourself & take care!! You know if something doesn't feel right.

I think a doctor would be an excellant idea. If it is just a staate of mind--great--but if it is not--see a doctor. Good luck

For sure, get this thing checked out. It may be nothing, but what if they are warning signs?
