Out of these Teams, Which Two have the Best Defense... (and why)

The Vikings, The Chiefs, The Bills, The Raiders, The Texans, The Jets

This Week I'm stuck with The Chiefs and The Bills... Still haven't decided which to start, though 4 out of 5 on my other post chose the Bills

if we are talking fantasy football..its the Bills..leagues score on Interceptions..which the bills do fine..and usually they link the defense with special teams..the bills have been an elite special teams team for the past 3 seasons..the only drawback is that the offense of the bills is horrible..and thats means the Defense will be left on the field a lot..and will give up more points than some other teams will

The Bills is you best bet. The Texans are probably the next best.
Always look at the offense your defense is going up against, especially in the playoffs for your league.

i think the bills and the chiefs are the best defenses....but if i were you i wouldntsweat it about defenses, they got data that shows that just about all defenses average the same amount of points so theyre really not all that important unless ur talking about one or two points.
as of who to start between the bills and chiefs.....i would say chiefs but i havent looked at the schedules, all depends on who theyre playing in that certain week.
