You might have a blue key like an extra function key ...and a symbol for the speaker, up and down, right on the keyboard.

Click start-control panel-sounds and audio devices~
you can use volume control there~or check the box~
place volume icon in task bar-then apply-you should
be able to turn sound up and down from there:

more desirable information please. Does it close off by wonder, does it close off even as loading, on welcome demonstrate or personal computer demonstrate. My wager atm is an endemic in spite of the reality that. or you've hardware themes. Did you lately improve ur laptop or overclock something? and idd what that guy suggested, mayb something's overheating. ensure the openings of ur computer, the position air is offered in/out are not plugged bcuz of dirt or somthing. Or bypass to a cooler area.

there should be a little arrow on the bottom push that and then click on the speaker. hope that helps
