I just made a ringtone and tried to go to wap.mytinyphone.com to upload it to my phone and all I get is a error 403 message, why?? I have a Moto RAZR V3 through T-Mobile.

Typically this error means that you dont' have an active data plan that supports WAP data downloads...I think its called T-Zones for T-Mobile.

If you have any mp3, wma, or wav file, you can try Phone Sherpa to convert your song into a custom made ringtone. They have a free trial and I have used it with my RAZR:
